Not all master's programmes at Leibniz University Hannover have the same application deadlines.
For the master's application, the application period is generally
- 1 June – 15 July of the year for the winter semester
- 1 December – 15 January of the year for the summer semester
However, many master's programmes have an early deadline for applicants from non-EU countries:
- 15 April – 31 May of the year for the winter semester
- 15 October – 30 November of the preceding year for the summer semester
