The activation of a user account is quiet simple - without doubled data entry. Your user data is centrally used by the Studentsserver and the university calender HIS-LSF. You need to activate your account only once to use it all.

To the new user, which have never used Stud.IP:

• Students: Activate your LUH-ID on http://login.uni-hannover.de. You find your LUH-ID and your password on the semester sheet which you have received with your students identity card. After you have activated your account your personal Stud.IP account can be used. You find the link to this site on ‚Service‘ on the left hand site of this page.
  Wenn Sie die Aktivierung vorgenommen haben oder ihr Konto bereits eingerichtet ist, können Sie nun auf den Seiten des Identitätsmanagements ihr Stud.IP Konto aktivieren. Sie finden Die Möglichkeit dazu unter "Services".
  
  
• Employees: Use your account activation Account-Aktivierung with your official university adresse. You will recieve an email with a confirmation link. Click on this link to enter your username and personal password. In case the the access is denied, please contact your administrator or the Stud.IP-Support.
