Academic Leave of Absence
Students that need to be granted a leave of absence for reasons of illness or other reasons (overseas studies, pregnancy), must submit an application for an academic leave of absence during the re-registration period (last day of lectures for the semester). A certificate (medical certificate, copy of the maternity card etc.) must be included with the application. Leave of absence semesters are counted as university semesters but not as subject-related semesters.
