Prescribed Length of Study of all Courses
The prescribed length of study is the number of semesters in which a degree course can be completed when studies are pursued intensively without interruption. It is prescribed in the Examination Ordinance but is usually governed by the University Act.
The prescribed length of study dictates in which semester of the degree course the obligation to pay long-term study fees starts.
