Focus on Social Change

The master’s degree in history is concerned with recognising the interplay between regional, national and global developments and reflecting on the effects that they have. The main focus of both research and teaching at the History Department is on Eastern Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, with particular emphasis on global interaction and the dynamics of social change.
