Understanding Eco-System Processes in the Landscape

The master’s degree in landscape sciences concerns itself from a broad content and system basis with the analysis and prognosis of processes in the landscape, as well as the application of sound scientific methods and models in research, environmental protection, and resource and land-use management. The focal point is the border area atmosphere – vegetation – soil – rock, the processes occurring there and human control options.
With a sound methodological and content basis, you learn how to analyse and model processes in the landscape in order to find solutions for current use and environmental problems and to develop concepts for future management strategies.
