Teaching at Technical College
The work of technical college teachers focuses on conveying skills in such vocational areas as colour technology and interior decoration, electrical engineering, food sciences, plant operations and manufacturing of wood products, or site engineering, as well as a variety of school subjects. The master’s degree entitles graduates to embark on teacher training for technical colleges. In the master’s programme students build upon the subject-specific, educational and teaching skills and abilities acquired in their bachelor’s degree in technical education or a comparable bachelor’s degree.
