Hardware Platforms and Software Systems

The degree in Technical Informatics provides a broad education in both software and hardware. Graduates are prepared for careers in a wide range of areas of application – from automotive engineering, robotics and medical engineering to consumer electronics. Many products are based on the combination of dedicated hardware platforms and software systems in so-called embedded systems. Students receive a thorough grounding in both areas and in the interactions between them.
