Economic Geography (MA)

…present themselves to graduates with a master’s degree in economic geography from Leibniz Universität Hannover. Due to its research orientation and the combination of geography and economics, this master’s degree is unique in Germany. The programme lasts four semesters, and the master’s degree in economic geography opens up career opportunities in business, market research, management consultancy, and in university research institutes. The topics covered are concrete and practice-relevant: We encounter the economic development of regions and countries on a daily basis – for example in the media and in politics.
