Spargelentdeckertag/Trip to an asparagus farm

Laut statistischem Bundesamt ist „Spargel das am häufigsten angebaute Freilandgemüse“. Diese Tatsache ist nicht verwunderlich, denn ab April jedes Jahres ist die Spargelzeit angesagt: viele Deutsche freuen sich auf leckere Gemüse mit Kartoffeln und Sauce Hollandaise. Beim Spargelentdeckertag werden Sie die Möglichkeit haben alles rund um Spargel zu erfahren: es erwartet Sie eine Spargelhofbesichtigung und eine Planwagenrundfahrt durch die Spargelfelder.

According to the German Federal Statistical Office, asparagus is the most frequently grown crop. This is not surprising; every year from April the start of the asparagus season is greatly awaited by people looking forward to asparagus served with potatoes and Hollandaise sauce. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to learn more about asparagus from farmers and explore the asparagus fields in a farm wagon.
