MoI Ukraine Application Form

Please read the Call for Applications carefully before submitting your data.

IMPORTANT: Please consider that you need to prepare all answers in advance as you can not save the progress on separate stages of the application.

We recommend you to read carefully all following questions first, before beginning to answer!

The training course pursues a practice-oriented approach. During the course, participants are expected to work on an Internationalisation Project in accordance with their own specific goals, develop a roadmap, set their own milestones, and keep record of the development of this project at their universities and implement it.

IV. Referring to the mentioned challenges and goals try to develop a concrete internationalisation project to be designed and implemented during the course.
5. Documents
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to add the following application documents and check them!

1. Letter of support from the top management of the university (President/Rector or Vice-Chancellor/Vice-Rector of the university), specifying:

a. why the candidate was selected; if and how she/he will be supported by the university to attend the course;

b. relevance of his/her participation with reference to the development of internationalisation and/or the general strategy of the university;

c. institutional and administrative support to implement the project;

d. support to attend all three workshops (leave/approval of absence);

e. the institutional commitment that the appointed person will remain in his/her position until December 2023.

In order to select 18 course participants, the personal data provided in this application form must be disclosed to the members of the selection committee of the training course “Management of Internationalisation and German-Ukrainian Academic Cooperation” of Leibniz University Hannover and German-Ukrainian Academic Society e.V.

The names of the selected participants and their universities will be shared with THEA Ukraine project of FH Münster:
