IP@Leibniz

The IP@Leibniz programme is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The programme aims to foster the internationalisation of doctoral studies at Leibniz University Hannover, as well as to promote the mobility of doctoral candidates. Following a successful initial funding period between January 2015 and November 2017, the programme is currently in the second funding phase, which ends in June 2019.

WHO CAN APPLY?

The programme addresses

  • international students in master's degree programmes and prospective doctoral candidates,
  • as well as international and German doctoral candidates,

 

especially in the following key research areas:

  •     Quantum Optics and Gravitational Physics
  •     Production Engineering
  •     Biomedical Research and Technology

However, the programme is open to doctoral candidates in ALL academic fields.
