The ServiceCenter is the central place to go whether you have a question about studying in general, or if you are seeking advice about your studies. Whether you are a student, a prospective student or a guest at Leibniz University Hannover, feel free to come and benefit from the range of services provided there. In the ServiceCenter you will find employees from various university institutions who will be glad to answer your questions and help you to adjust to the student life routines at our university.

Due to the current situation concerning the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 the Studentservices of Leibniz University Hannover – that is the ServiceHotline as well as all subordinated offices such as the admission office, the examination office and the student advisory office – will be reachable exclusively via phone or email.


The ServiceCenter, the Examination Office, the Admissions Office, the Student Advisory Services and the International Office will temporarily be closed for personal contacts starting March 13th.


Please direct all questions regarding your studies or academic concerns to via email to studium@uni-hannover.de or studienberatung@uni-hannover.de.


Previously made appointments or consulting hours with the student advisory office of the Leibniz University Hannover will occur via telephone as described above. Kindly understand that limitations and delays may occur.


We will inform you as soon as the above-mentioned offices are open again.

HOW TO FIND THE SERVICECENTER

The ServiceCenter is located in the main building of the Leibniz University Hannover, the Welfenschloss. The ServiceCenter connects on the level 01 directly to the atrium ("Lichthof"). Due to its central location, you can easily reach it via the main entrance.
