Change of Personal Data

During your studies, your address or last name may change. In this case, you should promptly notify these changes to the university. On this page, you will find all the relevant documents.


CHANGE OF ADDRESS

You would like to change your address? Send an e-mail to studium@uni-hannover.de quoting your matriculation number and your new address.

Alternatively, you can also give us your new address in person at the ServiceCenter or fill out the application form for address changes and send it by post to the university.

CHANGE OF NAME

Name changes must always be communicated to the Registration Office either by post or personally in the ServiceCenter. The submission of appropriate documents (certificate, identity card or passport) is required for the validation. Please use the application form for name change. A name change by e-mail is unfortunately not possible.

In case of a postal notification, please send a copy of the required documents to:

Due to the name change, a new LeibnizCard must be applied for.
