Target group:
Refugees who are interested in studying and who would like to prepare for the entrance test and the focus courses of the Lower Saxony preparatory college.

Contents of the preparatory course:
Full-time instruction in the subjects listed, learning strategies, support in applying for admission to Lower Saxony universities, advice (including online advice and video chat), career advice with our cooperation partners. You have full-time classes in the following subjects:

  • German as a foreign language from level B1 (according to GER), including scientific language structures
  • Regional studies D-A-CH (Germany / Austria / Switzerland)
  • Mathematical basics
  • Scientific work or basic English course

The preparatory courses take place as part of the DAAD INTEGRA project. The participants do not have to pay any costs for the two-semester course, except for the reduced semester fee of the Leibniz University including the LeibnizCard. Important: The participants are not yet eligible for Bafög and are dependent on further financial support.
