Within the scope of "Promotion plus+ qualifiziert", doctoral candidates and postdocs can explore career prospects outside of academia. The two-semester programme complements research activities and focuses on management expertise and transferable skills while conveying useful knowledge for a career in the industry or the non-profit and public sector. Moreover, the programme promotes networking with businesses and public institutions in Hannover and the surrounding region.
The next round of the programme is scheduled to start on Saturday 6 November 2020. In addition to two groups taught in German, there will be one interdisciplinary work group taught in English. The matching workshops in English and German build on each other. Doctoral candidates and postdocs at Leibniz University Hannover in the first two years of the postdoctoral phase are eligible to apply. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 45 participants.
