Department 1 – the Organisational and Human Resources Development, ICT combines strategic HR and organisational development and initiates and supports changes at Leibniz University Hannover. The ICT division supplies management departments with IT technology and implements new IT technologies in change processes.

We support the various departments and bodies, staff in leadership positions as well as employees at Leibniz University Hannover. We provide expertise on technical issues and methods, as well as support on various issues involving university development and training.
