Information, Orientation and Advice - the Central Student Advisory Service is there for you!

Even during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the Central Student Advisory Service at Leibniz University Hannover offers individual one-to-one information and advice as well and group consultation/information. Regardless of whether you are a high school graduate, a prospective student in general or already a student - if you have questions about studying, applying, starting a degree or studying, you can contact us at any time.


In addition to being available by e-mail studienberatung@uni-hannover.de, you can contact a consultant Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 16:00 via the university's service hotline (+49 511 762 2020) and the ZSB office (+ 49 511 762 5580) for brief information by phone or to make an appointment. You decide the way in which we conduct the consultation, whether by phone or as a video call.

The Student Advisory Services deals with questions and concerns that (prospective) students may have relating to their choice of study or concerning completion of their degree programme. Our goal is to give young people an idea of what university is about, and to offer guidance to students not only when embarking on a degree programme, but throughout their time at university. We achieve this goal by providing orientation events, information and advisory services.
