Senate Meeting Dates

The dates of the upcoming Senate meetings are listed below. Pursuant to section 2 of the Senate’s rules of procedure, the Presidential Board draws up a proposal for the agenda. Each member of the Senate can request that an item be put on agenda no later than noon on the fifth day before the meeting. Saturdays are counted as workdays. We therefore request that proposals and other submissions for inclusion in the agenda are forwarded to the Senate’s director well ahead of time. Any attachments should also be provided on time. N.B.: Proposals submitted after the deadline can only be included in the agenda of a subsequent Senate meeting.
