Dr. Jürgen Ulderup Prize
The prize is named after Dr. Jürgen Ulderup, the owner of what was formerly Lemförder Metallwaren GmbH and is today ZF Friedrichshaften AG, who passed away in 1991. The foundation he established promotes scientific and technical training and continued education for mechanical engineering students, including acquisition of the necessary foreign language skills. To achieve these goals, the foundation supports study periods and internship placements abroad, as well as outstanding coursework and academic papers, through the prize in Ulderup’s name.
