- Access to higher education and application requirements
(including starting university without Abitur) - Decision processes
(e.g. relating to choices of degree programme, changing courses, the transition from Bachelor’s to Master’s, when having doubts about university) - Personal and/or study-related challenges
(e.g. starting university, change processes, exam stress, workload problems, etc.) - Crisis situations
