By declaring your consent and submitting the form, you agree to the processing of your data. This declaration of consent is voluntary. You can refuse consent without giving reason and without risk of disadvantages as a result. Additionally, you can revoke consent at any time, e.g. via an informal letter or email. Revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing of data carried out on the basis of consent until its revocation. The revocation should be addressed to the data controller (see information sheet).
