Inclusive Citizenship Education in Australia: Building a strong democratic future

The presentation examines how, and to what extent, Inclusive Citizenship Education (ICE) has been incorporated into Australian education. It examines school practice and central curriculum design as major 'strategies' for enhancing ICE in a highly multicultural society. Implications for Germany and Europe can be discussed.
