The Literary Salon serves as an interface between the university and the outside world, and so offers all interested persons the opportunity to experience the arts, humanities and cultural life as an imaginative and vibrant culture of dialogue.
It is located on 14th floor of the former Conti Tower, where people and topics from the fields of literature, science, education and research, the media, theatre, film and art are presented in a relaxed atmosphere, through readings, lectures, interviews and, last but by no means least, through the exchange which takes place between the guests and the public.
Further Information
Since April 1999, the Salon has been supported by various public institutions and foundations as well as by private sponsors and donors. Since then, Salon events have been held throughout the year, regardless of the semester dates.
