English Communication Practice – Basic

Let’s talk! This course is designed for those who wish to practice and improve their speaking skills in English. It deals with a wide selection of conversation topics typical for everyday life (holidays, interests, events, work, experiences).

Intensive speaking practice and continuous feedback will help participants to become more fluent, enlarge their range of vocabulary and ease their listening and comprehension skills. At the end of this course participants will be able to master everyday life situations with more ease and with more self-confidence.

Target Group Description

Administrative and academic staff who wish to practice and improve their oral communication skills.

Participation Requirements

Participants must have an English level of B1.

Guideline for participation in the language courses

The language courses offered in the training and qualification programme are systematised according to the competence levels of the Common Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This provides a benchmark for the acquisition of language skills and aims to make different language certificates comparable with each other.
