For many years, LUH has fostered an intensive partnership with K.N. Toosi University in Tehran. Professor Borsi (third from the left) of the Schering Institute, was instrumental in establishing cooperation and continues to actively contribute together with Professor Werle. Today, the partnership receives support through the Erasmus+ KA107 programme, which finances exchange programmes for students and lecturing staff. In addition to a meeting with Vice President for International Affairs, Professor Teresa Carlomagno (sixth from the left), Dr. Schneider (seventh from the left) of the DFG was also present to discuss funding options for mutual activities between Leibniz University Hannover and K.N. Toosi University. Aside from visiting the Schering Institute, meetings were also held with professors from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodetic Science and from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
