New approaches to teaching mathematics
‘Lehre am Mittag’ is a forum for exchange and networking for teaching staff at Leibniz University Hannover. These one-and-a-half-hour sessions, held on Fridays, each focus on a specific aspect of (online) teaching, such as the use of innovative course designs, methods, media or formats.
Following a brief introduction to the topic, lecturers will give a 20-minute presentation offering an insight into their teaching practice. The subsequent discussion provides an opportunity to share personal experiences, ask questions and exchange potential new ideas.
‘Lehre am Mittag’ is organised and delivered jointly by the ZQS (Centre for Quality in Teaching and Learning) and the Human Resources department.
