In Science Year 2024, LUH research projects related to the topic of “freedom” are being presented in the Leibniz Science Cube. The exhibits draw connections between the individual projects and their relevance for freedom and democracy.

Exhibition opening

We cordially invite all those interested to attend the opening of the exhibition on Wednesday, 15 May at 6:30 pm.

Opening and introduction:
Prof. Dr. Volker Epping, President of Leibniz University Hannover

The exhibition will subsequently be open to visitors at all times until December 2024.

The opening of the exhibition will take place as part of the lecture “History of a divided Germany: Between historical reappraisal and debates on commemorative culture”. Registration is required.

Come visit the Leibniz Science Cube on the lower ground floor of the main university building (Welfengarten 1) and write down your ideas and thoughts on “freedom”.
