The ServiceCenter is the central place to go whether you have a question about studying in general, or if you are seeking advice about your studies. Whether you are a student, a prospective student or a guest at Leibniz University Hannover, feel free to come and benefit from the range of services provided there. In the ServiceCenter your questions will be answered and you will be given help to adjust to the student life routines at our university.

Closing of the ServiceCenter on Friday

The ServiceCenter will be closed on Friday, first of December due to a training. The student peers of Student Advisory Service at the Infothek will remain open as usual.

Accessibility of facilities in the ServiceCenter

  • Reception Desk

    The reception at the ServiceCenter accepts and issues all documents that cannot be transmitted digitally, processes the replacement card issue of the Leibnizcard and assists with general orientation.

  • Infothek of the Student Advisory Service

    You can reach the student peers of the Student Advisory Service in the ServiceCenter's Infothek. They offer initial information and advice from students for students, prospective students and pupils Mon-Fri from 10:00 - 14:00, are available for advice and assistance and refer students to the advisors at the Student Advisory Service in case of doubt. There you will receive support, for example, with your application, with organisational questions about your studies, with questions about online services and with finding the right contact person.

  • Centre for Quality Enhancement in Teaching and Learning (ZQS)
    • Learning guidance
      The office hours of the Learning Guidance Service take place on Thursday at 13:00-14:00 in the Infothek.
    • Career Service
      The office hours of the Career Service take place on Mondays at 13:00-14:00 in the Infothek.

How to find the ServiceCenter

The ServiceCenter is located in the main building of the Leibniz University Hannover, the Welfenschloss. The ServiceCenter connects on the level 01 directly to the atrium ("Lichthof"). Due to its central location, you can easily reach it via the main entrance.
