We support all departments at Leibniz University Hannover on personnel development issues. Our programmes enhance employees’, staff’s in leadership positions job-related and cross-disciplinary skills. The goal is to make them better prepared to deal with any current and future issues associated with their jobs. To develop suitable formats, we gear our offerings to the diverse range of target groups and the specific requirements of each area of interest. In this respect, a core focus is to provide advice to departments and bodies, faculties, teams, staff in leadership positions, as well as employees. Coaching options round off the services we offer. HR coordinates the offerings of various key players in terms of training and early-career support.
