Our vision, mission, values and approach
Goals and values – What is important to us?
Our mission statement outlines the visions and values that guide the actions of Leibniz University Hannover members. From it we derive our guidelines and strategies, which help us achieve goals that are important for society.
Interdisciplinary and international – in the spirit of the life's work of our namesake, the polymath Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz – we aim to help develop sustainable solutions to the key challenges of the future.

Constitution
The constitution, which contains the main statutes of Leibniz University Hannover, deals with essential matters laid down by the Lower Saxony Higher Education Act (NHG) or those which are regarded by the Senate as requiring regulation.
